Robin Eaglestone (ex-CRADLE OF FILTH, CRIMINAL) will be playing bass for GRIMFIST on their upcoming No Mercy Festivals European tour with CANNIBAL CORPSE, KATAKLYSM, FINNTROLL and LEGION OF THE damnED. "I have only played a few shows with GRIMFIST to date so understandably I am pleased to hear that I am to do this tour," Robin writes in an online posting. "Let's hope this is one of many."
With regards to his IMPERIAL BLACK project, Eaglestone writes, "I have gone through many highs and lows regarding the inspiration needed to create a strong album since my departure from U.K. black metal, but in short, I have had to rediscover what is important to me as a musician. I have decided to streamline the songwriting profile and stay true to my roots, writing as much as I can on my own with only the additional help of close friends."
